I think a lot of people are forgetting that you do get what you pay for and for the price you pay - for the amount you pay, this is a good option. The beds are reasonably comfortable and the room is neat and tidy. The shower has warm running water and there is tea and coffee avaliable in the room with a kettle available to use. The fridge is small but perfect for storing small things in. There is also a TV in the room, small two person couch and also a table and chairs. The room is comfortable for a short stay and staff are very helpful - also welcoming at the front desk. The place is central and due to this everything is easily in walking distance. I stayed on the higher levels so the noise level weren't too bad - you can still occassionally hear the drunk people outside, however, when staying close to Hindley this should be expected. The Cosmo do also have the option to pay for cheaper parking at Hindley St Wilson Car Park for unlimited entry in and out for up to 72 hours - I paid $66 for $72.00

I don’t understand the low rating for this hotel because I had an exceptional stay. It does not deserve its low rating in my opinion and you shouldn’t always trust other reviews. I’m a level 3 genius booking.com member and of all the 3 star hotels I have stayed in this one falls into my top 10. The location is perfect in central CBD opposite Adelaide train station. Can’t ask for a better location, the room was very big and contained all the necessities including a kitchenette fully equipped, an ironing board and iron. Staff were extremely friendly, always greeted me with a smile and light conversation. If you want an affordable room in Adelaide CBD then stay here. Don’t expect luxury but definitely expect comfort

The manager and staff were fantastic . All had a caring and can-do approach and nothing was too much trouble at any time of day. As a stranger to Adelaide they were all very thoughtful and caring of me ensuring I enjoyed a wonderful time. When I extended my stay that was a seamless process. If I return to Adelaide I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Close to great shops, restaurants and bus routes- I couldn't have wanted for more.

A great place. It's not modern but value for money. I would happily stay over and over again. I'm looking for a clean bed and separate bathroom. They cater to all sizes of travellers. If you want perfection this is not the place for you. If you want a safe place, cheaper than others. This is it.

When I got there in early evening my room was not cleaned stained sheets and left over take away. I went to the reception intercom as no staff on duty made my feeling known. Went out came back an hour later. Got another room that was ok bed big n comfy good shower WiFi and air on. So was pleased
